Before taking live payments, you may be asked to complete a few verification steps from your dashboard. Which steps apply depends on your account.

Verify your website

Confirm you own the domain you'll sell from by adding a DNS TXT record we show you in the dashboard. Once the record is live, click verify and we'll check it.

Verify your identity and business

We verify your identity (KYC) and your business (KYB) to meet payment regulations. You'll be guided through providing the required information and documents.

Verify your phone

If prompted, confirm your phone number with a code we text you.

Add supporting documents

If we need anything else, you can upload supporting documents and leave a note for our team directly from the dashboard.
